We set one cookie ourselves. The third-party services listed below may set their own when they load:
Consent cookie. When you click Allow or Decline on the cookie banner, we set a single cookie (luxeness_cookie_consent) that records your choice so the banner doesn't reappear on every visit. This cookie expires after twelve months.
We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, social media cookies or tracking pixels. We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not profile visitors.
Three third-party services load as part of this website. When they load, your browser connects to their servers and may send technical information including your IP address and browser information.
Google Fonts. The typefaces used on this site are served by Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests those fonts from Google and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
Typeform. The enquiry form is provided by Typeform. The script that opens the form does not load unless you select Allow on the cookie notice. If you select Decline it is never loaded, and the booking form opens in a new tab on Typeform’s own site instead. If you open or complete a form, Typeform will also process the information you enter and may use cookies in connection with the form. Typeform’s own privacy policy governs its processing of that data.
Calendly. Call scheduling is handled by Calendly, which loads as part of the Typeform booking flow. Calendly loads only where you have selected Allow. It may set its own cookies and processes the name, email address, timezone and chosen call time you enter. Calendly’s own privacy policy governs its processing of that data.
We do not receive analytics, profiles or marketing data from either provider, and we do not share your data with anyone for marketing purposes.
If we introduce additional cookies in future, for example basic analytics to understand how the site is used, this policy will be updated and the cookie banner will give you the choice to accept or decline them before they are set.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking cookies entirely or deleting cookies already set. Most browsers allow you to manage this in their preferences or settings. Disabling cookies entirely may affect how some websites function, though LUXENESS Studio itself remains usable.
You have the right to be informed about the cookies we use, to refuse non-essential cookies without consequence, and to withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies from your browser and reloading the page.
